We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates designed to enhance your CoffeePals experience. Here’s what’s new:
🙋 Effortlessly Gather Participant Insights
Program Surveys
Now, you can collect detailed feedback on your CoffeePals programs over multiple cycles. By default, surveys are sent every 4 cycles, asking participants about their experiences and suggestions for improvement. These surveys are fully customizable—choose the frequency or turn them off entirely.
• Sent directly in Teams or Slack for convenience.
• Include three question types: Single choice, multiple choice, or text-based.
Match Surveys
Get insights on individual matches. After users report their meeting, they’ll receive a short survey in Teams or Slack. These surveys are also customizable with the same question types.
Survey Analytics
Access real-time analytics on the program dashboard. View results from the most recent cycle, compare them to previous ones, and track trends over time.
AI Summarization (Beta)
Simplify your insights with AI-powered summaries. This feature breaks down complex survey responses and analytics into clear, actionable insights, making large data sets easy to understand. Rest assured, this functionality is built on trusted existing providers, and no information is shared with new external parties—your data remains safe and secure.
📄 Report Generation
Stay informed with generated reports. These reports provide a detailed overview of participant engagement, survey responses, and connection metrics, giving you a clear picture of your program’s success.
📩 Emailed Cycle Updates
At the end of each match cycle, program admins will receive a summary email highlighting key insights and metrics. This ensures you’re always up to date on the progress and impact of your matching programs without needing to log in.
🙋 New Program Type: Within-Group Matching
Introducing Within-Group Matching, where users can connect with others in their own group rather than across groups.
Perfect for:
Book Clubs: Members within specific genres meet to discuss their thoughts.
Learning Pathways: Employees from the same learning streams collaborate and share insights.
To make setup easier, we’ve added two new templates:
🔄 Cross-group improvements
We’ve introduced new settings to enhance your cross-group matching programs:
Random Pairing for Unmatched Users
When some cross-group categories have uneven populations, users who can’t find a match can now be randomly paired, ensuring everyone gets a chance to connect.
Multi-Group Participation
Users can now select multiple groups to belong to, making cross-group matching more inclusive. This is perfect for individuals who are part of multiple departments, locations, or teams within your organization.
We’re excited to see how you use these new features to foster meaningful connections. Explore them today, and let us know your thoughts!
